Well, I am officially terrible at this blog thing. I am sorry I haven't updated this is SO long!! Things have been busy - we are in the final stretch! Only a little more than 2 weeks until D-Day (delivery day)! We are so excited!!! And so much has happened since my last post!
My best friends, Sarah and Mary, along with my mom, flew to Chicago in October to throw me the most amazing baby shower ever! It was so much fun! We played some great games like "name that poop" where different chocolate bars were melted in baby diapers and we had to identify the candy. It was gross and fun - right up my alley! :)
Sean and I have completed all of our parenting classes. Yes, we now know how to administer infant CPR, breast feed (Sean was already up on all the techniques), give our little one a bath and that we will be changing around 12 diapers a day. Sweet.
So what's happening with Baby Brady? Well, he or she has descended - that's right - if you all thought I was waddling before, you should see me now! Baby is around 7 lbs and is in the 75th percentile in size and weight. I have even started to dilate! Woo hoo! Let's all say a prayer that this little one comes sometime soon because not only am I uncomfortable, we are ready to meet our little bundle of joy!
So now that our little one's arrival is close - we need to start taking a poll. What does everyone think we are having, a boy or a girl? My bet is on a baby boy and Sean is banking on a little girl. Leave a comment and let us know what you are thinking!! :)
